Our Mission
Mental health struggles and trauma can inhibit your ability to clearly see yourself, others, or the world in a healthy way. Like the idea of hindsight, at MindSite we aim to help clients reach a state of clarity on the way to healing and better overall health.
Using research-based mental health practices and our Christ-centered foundation, our mission is to help clients clarify their view of the past, clearly see their present self and experiences, and develop a clear vision of the direction and growth needed to reach their desired future.
Our Beliefs
At MindSite, we believe the mind is one of the most precious gifts from God and this Site is dedicated to providing care and avenues of healing to the precious minds of God’s children.
God created each of us on purpose and for a purpose. However, the hardships and difficulties experienced while on this side of eternity can blur and complicate our view of ourselves, our world, and possibly the purpose of it all. Counseling can be the avenue that leads to regaining the mental clarity needed to create change in your life and experience the goodness of this life.
While we may use many effective mental health resources in providing care to our clients, we believe no resource is more vital to help each of us heal, thrive, and be healthy than the resource that is God’s unchanging Word.
